Site Maps - Wireframes - Journey Mapping - Research
Whilst at Waitrose I was asked to create the website user journeys and wireframes for a new look ecommerce website. Once the UX had been signed off and agreed with the stake holders and business, I then worked on designing the page landing pages and UI. One of the key areas I was requested to focus on was the online shopping cart user journey and overall design, working closely with other creative team members and developers who were based in the UK and India.
My main role whilst at JJMB was to bring their webiste up to current online standards, creating wireframes and user journeys. Adding in new elements and functions, such as an accessible online shopping cart and clear product page layouts, as well as new social media icons, to name just a few. I was also asked to re-design the main home page headers and footers, bringing them in line with current standards and to make the entire website mobile responsive.
I worked for WPG on several occasions for some of their biggest Pharmaceutical clients. I was contracted for various design briefs including client pitches, creating both mood and story boards for their HTML5 banners, designing touch screen responsive micro sites for their reps and company conferences, in addition to mobile responsive site and PDF presentations and demonstrations.
