All About The Music

Role:
Creative Director

What is AATM?
All About The Music featured three hours of back-to-back music programmes every Sunday from noon to 3pm on Showcase TV Sky Channel 191 where viewers were able to look forward to lots of big names and plenty of new faces.

Below is a selection of social media banners I designed for a TV show called All About The Music. The show featured on SKY Showcase TV every Sunday with a selection of shows, from Toms Seals Presents, Fab Song, Jive Time, Live from the Edge, Meet The producers, Backstage Pass and The Irish Music Show.

Eugene Stickney

My Role as CD

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing, my role centered around orchestrating the continuous flow of content - both entering the studio for development and disseminating it across various channels. Engaging with a diverse array of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, my day-to-day responsibilities revolved around executing rapid-fire campaigns tailored to capture audience interest and drive engagement.

However, this dynamic environment was not without its challenges. Each day presented a unique blend of tasks, requiring the ability to switch seamlessly between different roles. I often found myself donning multiple hats: content strategist, project manager, and social media analyst. This multifaceted approach was essential, as it allowed for simultaneous oversight of content creation and distribution, ensuring that our messaging resonated across various demographics.

A key component of successfully navigating this high-pressure setting was maintaining an efficient and agile team. Collaboration was paramount, and fostering a culture of open communication enabled us to respond swiftly to evolving trends and audience preferences. Regular brainstorming sessions initiated a flurry of creative ideas, while structured planning ensured that our deadlines were met without sacrificing quality.

Campaigns

As I reflect on our ambitious journey through multiple social media campaigns, I can’t help but feel a swell of pride for what we accomplished. We tackled a diverse lineup of shows including "Tom Seals Presents," "Fab Song," "Jive Time," "Live from the Edge," "Meet the Producers," "Backstage Pass," and "The Irish Music Show." Each campaign was meticulously crafted with one goal in mind: to create maximum impact, capturing the attention of our audience and inviting them to engage with the content.

  • Our strategy was clear;
    we had to ensure that every post went live simultaneously across all platforms. It was a whirlwind of creative energy as we designed eye-catching banners and captivating videos, each offering sneak peeks that sparked excitement for the week’s shows. I vividly remember the buzz in the office as we brainstormed ideas, while the clock ticked ominously over our shoulders.
  • Navigating tight, often unrealistic deadlines;
    At times this felt like a high-stakes game, a test of our teamwork and resolve. With each piece of content flowing in and out, we managed to maintain the rhythm, each of us contributing our unique flair bring all our skills and knowledge to the table. The thrill of seeing our efforts translate into views and engagement was worth every late night and early morning. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do.
