JoJo Maman Bébé

JoJo Maman Bébé

While working at JoJo Maman Bébé, I updated the website's user journey by creating new wireframes that introduced enhanced functionality to the product pages, aligning them with current standards. For example, I added options to select clothing and shoe sizes, colors, patterns, etc., and implemented tabbed sections to consolidate important information and optimize the mobile and tablet experience.

Role: UX Designer

The Process

I worked according to a process that defined stages to help map out requirements and the best way to ensure proper implementation. This process helped me determine the timeline required to create wireframes and hand them over to the design team.

1

Analysis

I began researching the company's target audience, analysing competitors, and examining user behaviour to gain insights.

2

Wireframing

After finishing the research, I began designing wireframes for the main product pages, carefully tailoring each section to meet user needs. I added new functions and assets to enhance the appearance, feel, and overall user experience.

3

Deployment

We finalised the final designs and ensured all assets were prepared correctly before handing them over to the development team. Multiple meetings were held with the developers and stakeholders to confirm we had all required deliverables so that build could commence.
